Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
MCS MegaCare & Sports offers many fast and convenient shipping methods for items purchased online, including small-item shipping methods and gift cards.
Gift Card Shipping Methods and Transit Time:
- Standard USPS first class shipping, 7-10 business days
- Third-Day shipping, 3 business days
- Two-Day shipping, 2 business day
Small Item Shipping Methods and Transit Time:
Small items include products like apparel and footwear. Three shipping methods are available:
- Standard shipping, 2-5 business days
- Expedited shipping, 2 business days
- Express shipping, 1 business day
Please Note: If you select Express or Expedited shipping, your order must be received and credit must be approved by 12:30 p.m. EST, or it may not be processed until the next business day. Expedited shipping is available for select products. You can view complete shipping options for your product in your shopping cart. The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided on the order review page prior to completing the order.
How Are Shipping Costs Determined?
Shipping costs are determined by your item’s size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.
In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

Shipping to all european countries and especially to UK, FR, IT, DE and ES.
When Will My Order Ship?
Each product on MCSMegaCare.com has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days and provided on the product’s page. Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped and where it is being fulfilled. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within all european countries and especially to UK, FR, IT, DE and ES.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
You can view the status of your shipment by visiting UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT Track Order pages.
Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased, your selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.
What If I Never Received My Order?
Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home. Log in to My Account and select Order Status.
If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Returns and Warranties
Return Policy
MCS MegaCare offer a 14-day return policy on most products.
- Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
- Returns without an original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Information from the ID will be held in a companywide database of customer return activity. For items excluded from return, the manufacturer’s contact information may be provided upon request.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or even exchange.
- Returns where a ScoreCard Reward or coupon was redeemed will result in an adjusted refund amount.
- Items requiring repairs should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center
- The following identification is accepted for returns: European driver’s license, European State ID or European Passport.
- MCS MegaCare reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
We are committed to the accuracy of our scanner pricing system. If a customer is charged a higher price at point of sale for an item that is advertised by us, or displayed in store at a lower price, the lower price will be honored.
Product Exclusions and Restrictions
- Items cannot be returned: Special Order items, Autographed Collectibles and Gift Cards.
- Items cannot be returned if the package is opened or the factory seal is broken.
- Electronics must be returned in the original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories.
- Certain returns will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy.
You can return items within 60 days of in-store purchase or delivery of your online order. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
Items purchased in-store or online can be returned to any MCS MegaCare location nationwide. Items purchased online can also be returned by mail. Items purchased through the Buy Online, Pick Up in Store program must be returned to a MCS MegaCare. Please note that original shipping charges paid when receiving your package are not refunded as part of your return.
Free In-Store Returns
When making a return, please bring the following items with you to the store. Remember, you can find a MCS MegaCare near you using our convenient Store Locator.
- The items along with all original packaging, including all paperwork, parts and accessories
- The receipt (for store purchases), packing slip and ship confirmation email (for online purchases), Ready for Pick Up Email or Pick Up Confirmation Email (for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store purchases)
- The credit card or gift card used for purchase
Returns by Mail
- Repackage items in original packaging, including all paperwork, parts and accessories
- Remove all extra labels from previous shipping on the outside of the box
- Complete the Return Reason Form on the packing slip and enclose in the box

- Send your package via the shipping service noted on your return label. If you are not using your provided return label, send it through the mail service of your choice**.
- Track your return shipment through My Account at MCSMegaCare.com if using a provided return label, or make sure to keep the tracking number provided when using the shipping service of your choice and track via their website.*Please make sure the original label provided is used (not a copy).
**Return Shipping charges must be paid. DSG does not accept packages sent as Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.).
- Contact Customer Service to discuss the nature of the return and to arrange carrier pick up of your item
- Repackage items in original packaging, including all paperwork, parts and accessories
- Complete the Return Reason Form on the packing slip and enclose in the box
- Remove all extra labels from previous shipping on the outside of the box
- Place package at the front door for the shipping driver
- You must be present when the carrier picks up the item
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.If payment was by gift card or gift certificate, the return will be refunded back to the original gift card or gift certificate used.When a ScoreCard reward certificate was redeemed or other discount applied to the purchase, your refund will be for the amount you paid for the item. A new ScoreCard reward certificate can be issued by contacting the ScoreCard team Returning a Product Under WarrantyWarranty paperwork is included in the packaging of many products or is often available on the manufacturer’s website. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any warranty questions not answered in your item’s paperwork.
